NYC: Christmas visit

Our trip to NY went from the afternoon of Thursday, the 22nd to the morning of Christmas Eve - so nice to be there for more than one day/night!
BIG thank you to: Megabus.com for the cheap and efficient travel, and Jane and Andrew (Devin's cousin and husband) for letting us stay at their apartment, providing a fun night of food and family company, and helping us plan our sightseeing :)

After Andrew showed us an amazing view from his office window, we took the Staten Island Ferry ride for a beautiful view of the Statue of Liberty.

Shopping: Macy's, Wall St vendors, Bryant Park, Times Square AND
Eating: Grand Central Station (best pizza) and Gotham Pizza.  Seriously, Macy's was awesome!

Beautiful architecture:

The best part is, we finally "know our way around" NYC, so we're excited to go back and cross some more things off our list:
-Ground Zero
-Manhattan Temple
-The Met

-Chinatown
-Lincoln Center
(Pretty much everything on West side, since we stayed on East side/Uptown)
-Devin HAS to see a Broadway play...and so do you!

  2. Yeah! Luckily we had Devin's brother and sis-in-law who had a "nice" camera so we bummed some of their pics :)
